UPDATE: $90 starting pledges; adopter or Foster/rescue needed ??This is a repost for little Oliver, the 4 year old #shihtzu. He was groomed over the weekend but overall, he doesn't seem to be doing as well. He is possibly blind and was trembling today. It was hard to know for sure, but he seems to at least have some vision issues if he's not completely blind. He is getting meds and eye drops for dry eyes. He is such a sweet and friendly little guy who really needs a loving home and some hugs. ?

Last post: Oliver is a friendly, little 4 year old #shihtzu who was found as a stray on 8/3. This video was from Saturday, and he was so itchy from a bad case of flea dermatitis or some kind of allergy. He became available for adoption or rescue today 8/8 and needs some tlc.
