Bringing Japanese hand rolls to another level is @awomb in Kyoto.

At this experimental Japanese restaurant, I made my own teori-sushi rolls with a myriad of sushi ingredients, sauces and garnishes.
Some items were bold & unorthodox too. Think grapefruit, kiwi fruit, cream cheese spread, curried potato, rosemary with sashimi, etc!
Surprisingly I enjoyed the fruits combinations. Though bite size, this platter will fill you up plenty. Really glad I made it to this restaurant.
Reservations highly recommended and can only be done via phone.
