My stats: I'm 5'4 and I don't know what the heck I weigh or what my body fat percentage is and quite frankly I DON'T CARE ? I've been the obsessive girl. I've counted things and driven myself absolutely insane. (I can actually probably give you the calorie and macro breakdown of almost any food off the top of my head) and what can I tell you about all of that? ITS NO WAY TO LIVE! My best piece of advice for abs? CHILL OUT! ? stop obsessing and restricting and live your life making smarter decisions along the way. Oh...and be patient ?❤️ it's a #lifestyle.
