Just kidding, but seriously, these potholes, or #ephemeralpools, host a crazy abundance of life as they collect and hold the little rain water that #Canyonlands gets, which makes for a crazy other-worldly #moonscape. I hardly needed my headlamp to hop around the delicate pools since the stars were so bright. A perfect spot to lay on the shutter release and chill in the cool desert air.
