“what is beautiful?” - …..Has anyone here actually stepped back and taken a second to think about that? I want YOU to think about the most beautiful person you know....inside and out. Have you got someone in mind? Really think. Who in YOUR life is a beautiful person?
Picture that person. Think about the words you would use to describe that beautiful person.

Strong, happy, kind, confident, bubbly…yes? …

Now tell me,…..would you ever say - she's a beautiful because she has a ....thigh gap, six pack, nice body,clear skin, nice clothes, new shoes, expensive house?..no, you would not - I wouldn’t… because being beautiful is not about that. We as women, strive for these unattainable and ridiculous ideas of perfection… when really, being beautiful has nothing to do with any of that… being beautiful is about the light that you shine on other peoples lives. Its about being a good person inside and out. Its about making other people feel loved and safe around you. People don't remember the fads, the hot body, the money or the materialistic things in life. People remember if you are a beautiful person. THAT is what is most important in life.
You will not be remembered for what you have, you will be remember for what you can do and give to others.
