Back when center parts, super short trunks and 4 foot long logos were in fashion. Haha. This was doing an interview for #TheSunNews about my first @surfesa title from #CapeHatteras in 1982. I was super nervous talking about it. In the final, actually dropped in on my best friend, @speirchucker, but he kicked out for me and ended up in second place, from memory. He got the last laugh though a few years later and ended my winning streak at the event at 6 in 1988. I miss those old ESA days. #MyFirstStarTrunks
