Our 1st physical training together after Rio again! We missed this man! So thankful for all the important work he put in to our Olympic journey! We worked on our physical strength & balance and all we needed to get a fit body for our main goals in gymnastics! Even so important to our achievements was the nutrition side he helped us with. This man knows everything about the right food for the right athlete! In addition to eat healthy, we got the high quality vitamins from our sponsor Plantina Vitaminen, which really helped to make a difference.
