March 27th, 1993 I was a contestant in the Stand Up Bachelors of Comedy (The Dating Game with zero budget). I was sitting next to my best buddy @Al_DelBene who was wearing a silk shirt that color wise looked like a picture of a galaxy still forming. I'm wearing rolled up light denim jeans from some place in the mall next to Hickory Farms, Payless sneakers when Payless was not fucking cool at all. I'm wearing a black jean jacket over a burlap sack hoodie because I was of 1993 and hoping Alice In Chains would ask me to join their band solely based on apparel. I have never been in the sun apparently since I had to push the white balance editor to the far fucking left to even form a face. I honestly don't remember who the girl dressed as Eleanor Roosevelt picked but I do know after Al and I went to Kelly's Roast Beef and chowed down on all things Kelly's. 3 years into comedy and a decade away from making any money or anyone believing I had what it took to make history and make a dent. I still lived at home in my old 101 Wright Street basement in Arlington and I still worked at Charlie's pizza to make some cash for cassettes. I just finished a film - best role I've ever participated it I'm deeply proud of it. My characters name is Charlie. Hehe... those signs are fuckin' everywhere. You just gotta get down the road always to look back and see the big picture. 1993 I had only had sex with 3 people in my life. Simpler times. 1993 I had two healthy parents and a brother. 1993 I drove a 1978 Ford Thunderbird and thought I was cool when I blasted my AC/DC at the stoplight in Arlington Center in front of Papa Gino's. 1993 everything was forming. It's so amazing looking a this pic and realizing how fun it was all gonna get when I already was having a good damn time.
