If at first you don't succeed...try doing the exact same thing wrong again and see what happens 😏💣 haha first & second attempts in the Snatch at 84kg/185#. It is what it is. I have plenty of excuses (life changes, concussion, snatching once in two weeks before the meet) but reality is that there is so much I need to improve on to become more consistent and then this will not happen again. I don't feel angry, or down on myself, or like it was a mistake to open high. I wanted to try to improve my Uni World Team ranking and I did the best that I could, walking away from the meet with a smile. Failure is a part of sports and I see this meet as great progress, along with a starting point to build on with my new coach. #onlyupfromhere
