今日の #和菓子 は #ねりきり で作った #あけび です。
ねりきりとは白餡に餅や芋を混ぜて作った和菓子で
#茶道 で使われる「 #上生菓子 」の一種です。
#撮影 用に作成しました。
中に黒胡麻を混ぜた葛を忍ばせましたが思ったほど白濁しませんでした。
今日、親父があけびを持って返ってきましたが天然のあけびは紫じゃなくでグレーっぽい色ですよね。
子供の頃はなかなか採れませんでした。
