#TBT A few months ago I was reading a book while channeling my inner Tarzan in the Costa Rican Rainforest and this stuck with me... Our beliefs are like unquestioned commands, telling us how things are, what is possible and what is impossible, what we can and can not do. They shape every action, every thought and every feeling that we experience. Changing our belief systems is central to making any real and lasting change in our lives.
