?KILLER GLUTE CIRCUIT TONIGHT!?

This exercise I'm performing is a curtesy lunge.

?Entire workout was super sets 3 super sets 6 exercises total. -
?Rep range 12-15 ?4 Sets ?60 Second rest -
?1. Smith machine feet close together squat all the way down(25 pound plates) Superset with Bulgarian split squat (15 pound dumbbells) -

?2. Smith machine single leg step ups (10 pound plates each side) Superset into curtesy lunges (10 pound plates each side) -
?3. Single leg kickbacks (25 pounds) Superset walking lunges (60 pound barbell)

TIP? Superset means going directly into another exercise without no rest. -
I FOCUSED ON? Isolating the muscle and didn't go super heavy. But slow and controlled. Muscle mind connections everything!?
