I was HURTING during this circuit!
Week 2 Day 2 Circuit 1 of the #fitandthickapp:
- 15 bent arm lateral raises with moderate weight dumbbells
- 15 military press with moderate weight dumbbells
- 10 wide grip push-ups
Repeat this entire circuit 3x with 60 seconds rest in between each round!
