Today delivered me a reminder to stay thankful in all things and that each day and every breath and moment in good health are such wonderful gifts. I'm going to make it a goal to journal something positive that happened in each day so that in moments where I might feel discouraged, I can read back through a track record of all the goodness (and many times miracles) that have met me in some way every day. •
