100kg/220# Clean & Jerk from Friday's max out. This is the most I have done since University's - decided to call it there & end on a make. Ready to build this back up a bit in the next few weeks leading up to AO as my training volume comes down a lil. My confidence approaching the bar in this training session was at an all time high- my lifting has been going rough, i was very tired and stressed from house hunting all week, had to start warming up before everyone else real early, and was on a time clock to run & catch my flight.... but i made a decision to hit big lifts and chose to believe I was capable in any situation- & then I delivered.
