A Clockwork Orange (v12). This beautiful line was established by @ethan_pringle using a mono-and-a-half right hand pocket to jump to a distant left hand edge. Since then, a small left hand intermediate had been found and used as an easier beta through the crux sequence. Throughtout my first two sessions on it this year I had been committed to doing the jump simply because I was coming so close and didnt want to change beta. On our last night in Red Rocks, I decided that my tired body would be better suited to using the intermediate, and I was right!
I'm happy to have sent the boulder, but I still long to conquer the move that I gave up on.
