Thank you all for joining me on my Facebook live this morning for my first cardio session following my #labiaplasty surgery which is #femalecircumcision for everybody asking and I had it for health reasons, not because I wanted a pretty vajaja although that's certainly a bonus! So as I still have stitches and have been on bed rest and overeating for fun I did 2hrs of cardio today and covered 16km, after 40 pull ups and making ridiculous sex faces and grunting noises because my arms have turned to mashed potatoes from being out of training for 10 days I then went onto leg curls and swerved my usual squats because I didn't want to pop my stitches and do any damage whilst I'm still healing. Thank goodness for muscle memory but boy oh boy will I feel it tomorrow morning!
