I look at how fitness has evolved on SM and I find myself at times wondering if I care more about likes than "my purpose". Creating content for quick views with clever captions might get followers and provide entertainment value, but it distracts from digging deeper towards a more important "WHY". A purpose driven life
Is something I yearn for. A life with a message that might not get views or likes but one I can be proud of my kids watching or reading. I think it's time for us as a society to take a step back and think about the content we consume/create and ask ourselves if it's shaping us for better or worse.
