Tis the season for one of our favorites: our Gingerbread Pinecone!? It's finished with more than 60 or 70 tiny chocolate petals, hand-placed so it resembles a real pinecone, filled with speculoos ganache, ginger mousse and a spiced cake. It actually started off as a
rectangular, layered cake, but Chef Dominique really pushed to think out of the box and he came up with this beautiful presentation. It always reminds us of what we can create when we push ourselves just a little harder. Now it's something we're always so proud of whenever I make it!
今年もこの時期！ジンジャーブレッドパインコーンが戻ってきました?６０から７０ピースのチョコレートのカサを一枚一枚差してまるで本物の松ぼっくりのように仕上げる、ジンジャークリームにナツメグのスパイスの効いたケーキです。
もともとは四角いケーキになる予定だったのですが、ドミニクシェフがある日松ぼっくりを見てひらめいてこの形になったんです。
