Daily turmeric to reduce inflammation has been part of my regimen since I tore my PCL 4 years ago.??
"Most people have no idea how good their bodies are meant to feel."

Curcumin, the yellow pigment that gives turmeric its color, is a potent anti-inflammatory and powerful antioxidant.
I take between 1,000-2,000mcg/day depending on how I'm feeling.
Stress, diet, and environmental factors also impact the level of inflammation in our bodies so I adjust accordingly.
Look for a whole food organic turmeric supplement that contains black pepper. Black pepper enhances the bioavailability of the turmeric, making it easier for our bodies to absorb and use!
