"Several years ago I applied to a television show and ended up on an email list. When I got an email for 'The Wheel,' the buzzwords they used caught my attention and I applied! The show premieres on January 13th on Discovery Channel, and it follows myself and five other amateur survivalists as we attempt to survive individually in six different grueling ecosystems in South America. With every turn of the wheel, the six of us are dropped off in a new location, with entirely new challenges. And at any time, we have an SOS button to call for extraction and end the adventure.
