APPLE CINNAMON "DONUTS" | Serves 1

INGREDIENTS:
1 green apple, cored and cut into ¼–inch rings
1 tablespoon almond butter
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
1) Stir cinnamon and vanilla extract into almond butter.
2) Spread a thin layer of almond butter on one side of teach apple ring.
3) Sprinkle with desired topping and eat immediately.
