For those of you struggling to stick to your fitness routine (either you've had time off, been in the same workout routine, OR you feel like your workouts aren't exciting and don't challenge you anymore) my best advice is to get back to those active things that you LOVE ?? or even used to do when you were little ?
For me it's gymnastics, but it might be tennis, soccer, ice skating, skiing, karate, dance, rollerblading...
It's ok to get bored of your workouts, it's ok to fall off the wagon and lose motivation, and it's ok to do different fit things every month/well/day ?
Fitness should never be defined as one type of workout and if anything, change is excellent for your body and mind ✨?✨
Time to get back to that passion fam! ?????? #freshbodyfitmind
