That after workout glow.... no seriously. Why yall laughing? Ok dammit it's just that post 3 mile run look after me sweating out the half can of Sour cream amd onion Pringles I inhaled for lunch today. (The big can too-what's in those things to make them so addictive anyway?) hanging out on my steps after a nice run as the sun was setting. Halfway thru my jog was at this helicopter landing spot on top of this hill overlooking La and it was a beautiful place to think about things, reflect and speak into the universe what I want. Running is a great time to think about things and get clarity and answers. ???? (is it ok to have ice cream now since I ran 5k?) just saying.... ????
