Breakfast: @honest_abe_mtgs AMAZING Oats ?
Ingredients: (for one serving)
• 1/2 cup of @flahavans organic porridge oats
• 1+1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
• 1/3 cup of water
• 1 tsp @navitasnaturals Maca powder
• 1 tsp @navitasnaturals cocoa powder
• 1 tsp @navitasnaturals chia seeds
• 1/2 tbsp creamy almond butter (your nut butters should have 1 ingredient: NUTS!)
• A dash of cinnamon
• Add your desired amount of sweetener. We use @wholesomesweet's low glycemic Blue Agave

We use WAY more liquid than Oats require because we like ours to be extra creamy :) give it about 20-30 minutes to cook down!
Top your Oats with your favorite fruits, seeds, and/or nuts!
My Oats are topped with:
• Strawberries
• Blueberries
• Raspberries
• Walnuts
• Pumpkin Seeds
