I spent my morning speaking at Career day at my highschool.
I hadn't been back in those halls since I walked out the doors in 2007 and every memory I had of that place put my stomach in knots. Not because it was a bad school, but because I was in a bad place at that time in my life.
I stepped out of my comfort zone and made positive new associations today. I got to meet these ladies and so many more who are starting their journey into adulthood. I got to share my journey, struggle, and insight with these beautiful young women and let them know that it's ok to not know exactly what you want to do in life.
You have the whole world in front you.

Thank you Christine and Archbishop McCarthy Highschool for inviting me to be a part of this today! I can't wait to return and give back to the next generation!
