Awesome chest session with @tonymontalbano71 at @bodyflexgym today, it was great fun being a part of a class of ladies all training to be stronger, healthier and happier in 2017. I know the thought of bodybuilding may seem very masculine and scary to women because the image society portrays is for men to be strong and women to be delicate and pretty but I think there's nothing sexier than a healthy, confident and positive person regardless of their gender. Building muscle is HARD and takes time, dedication and proper nutrition so you're in no danger of lifting one dumbbell and waking up looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger the next morning. Health comes from within and if you set a firm foundation the rest will follow whether that's wanting to tone up or build muscle mass. I'm so proud to see ladies finally getting into fitness and can't wait for the world to understand how incredible healthy looks and feels ??????----------------------------
