Okay guys, I'm trying to answer more food questions here! I am posting my food diary for today below. I hope this helps give you guys an idea of what I eat in a day. Now I'm not going to sit here and tell you I didn't sneak a bite of my boys donut and have a couple milk duds, because I'm human and I just can't resist chocolate ?. But here is what a normal day of my meals and snacks look like....hope this helps!
Food Diary
Breakfast: 4 protein pancakes w/ Walden Farms syrup
Snack: post workout protein shake
Snack: 1 @optimumnutrition cake bite
Lunch: egg white omelet w/ fat free feta cheese, turkey sausage, tomato and spinach
Snack: boiled egg, string cheese and @fitjoynutrition cookie dough bar
Dinner: 2 chicken patties with tomato, avocado and @waldenfarmsinternational ketchup, and steamed asparagus
Snack: Protein bread and White Cheddar @theskinnypop
