I can't believe it. Two hours and counting. My stomach is knots and I keep thinking, what did I eat? But it's not good, its nerves. Can we really be this close to launching our @omstarsofficial dream? I'm reminding myself to breathe, to believe, to stay calm, to give thanks. I always say if you practice yoga, you can change your world, that you can shift the story of your life, one breath at a time. It's that simple. I wasn't lucky or strong or naturally good at yoga. I wasn't picked out of a crowd and discovered. I'm just a girl who decided to practice every day and let yoga work its magic in me. ?
