Don't be fooled by the bright green sky & stars.. this night was dark... like really dark. Which made surfing in 10F feel impossible. Camera technology can be deceiving. What you can see through a camera is far beyond what you can view with the naked eye these days. During the filming of "Under An Arctic Sky" I shot almost exclusively with the @sonyalpha A7SII because of its low light sensitivity. Often shooting between ISO 3200 -40,000... yes that's correct .. 40,000. When paired with the right lenses you can literally see in darkness.
