Wednesday, 10:45AM: @Katrin Tanja Davidsdottir and @maxattack86 have a storied friendship. Before he opened @crossfittilt, Max coached at @cfne, where he became the resident expert of scaring Katrin. Max is at CFNE this morning, and Katrin jokes that she’s walking around every corner with a mirror, in fear of Max jumping out and surprising her.

These two don’t see each other as much these days, and there’s a lot to catch up on between lifting sets. Max recounts one of Katrin’s recent Instagram stories, which chronicled her effort to defrost an icy windshield with hot water and a spatula. “All the TILT members were like, hey you know Katrin right? You should probably tell her that’s not how you defrost a windshield,” he jokes. Lots of laughs during training this morning. ?? #BeOnFire
