LAT PULL DOWN VARIATION??

When I workout back I try to incorporate a lot of Lat work. Most people don't realize it but that's what really creates the V-Taper for the tiny waist and symmetry. I love this exercise because it really lets you stretch and engage your lats.

I normally hold a little higher up but changed it and held the handle was still a great variation. Def recommend to give this a try and let me know if y'all like it!?
