Not an ad you guys! Just trying to give a little advice. As part of my #springcleanyourlife journey, I'm getting my diet in check, which includes supplemental stuff. These are my morning coffee additions. I have been super into @sunpotion whole food supplements for a while, after being turned on to them by my friends at @freepeople and my healthy diet guru @julia_samersova. I recently added a couple more items to my arsenal, and am so psyched on my morning mixture that I thought I'd share. Each morning I have my coffee and add: ➡️ 2 scoops of TOCOS, a rice bran powder that provides a natural source of vitamins D and E, and is good for your skin and connective tissues ➡️ 1/2 teaspoon of PINE POLLEN, a natural whole food hormone balancer, meant to combat the large amounts of estrogen we consume on a daily basis ➡️ 1/2 teaspoon HE SHOU WU, which is like the legit "ancient Chinese secret". It's a Chinese herb used for beauty, longevity, and anti-aging, meant to tonify the blood ➡️ 1/2 tabelspoon of organic COCONUT MANNA which makes it extra creamy, and is full of MCFAs (medium chain fatty acids), that give me an extra boost of energy to start my day with. My skin has radically changed since I started this routine - I used to deal with persistent hormonal acne that I couldn't shake, no matter what I did. A change to all natural skincare helped as well, but a lot of our beauty and mood is determined by what we consume, so be thoughtful about it! And I highly recommend adding these treats to your morning ✨☕️ #apotionaday
