A weakness of mine I feel is my rear delts do been trying to implement them a lot more! This movement doesn't look like much but do not let them fool you lol! These babies burn so good!

This movement is a little more advanced and I recommend do this exercise more towards the end of your workout. I did these for my last superset to burn out my rear delts and man did it burn them out! -
Us a 45 degree angle bench start with your thumbs pointed down and twist up when coming up letting your thumbs face up at the end squeeze for 1-2 seconds. Let me know how y'all like them!
