#cheesiemade : baked sweet potato bites, perfect snack for baby and toddler ?. 1. Boil 500g of Kagoshima Japanese sweet potato in water till soft
2. Mash and add 3 tablespoon of milk and 30g butter, a pinch of salt. (If you like you can add sugar but for me it is good enough without!)
3. Bring out your favorite cookie cutter for those cute characters
4. Brush a layer of egg yolk and bake at 200C for 15 minutes.
