Whippin' on a Wednesday ? I figured Bong Eater would be a good re-introduction to gear. I wanted to onsight or fall trying. Before the crux I placed a @blackdiamond #4 (you can see it above my hand) but the pump urged me on without clipping (it was also a crap placement). I wriggled into the slot above the 4 right as I thought, "I don't really know how to do this ?" Immediately after, my foot popped out of the crack. I had half a second to eyeball my last piece as it flew past me. Turns out 20ft falls are kind of fun when you don't see it coming! ? Props to @dannyclimbs7 for acing a heady first-catch on gear. @austintuckermedia and @threepeakfilms caught the ? action ????
