Cardio doesn't need to be boring cardio is about getting your heart rate up. You don't need a gym necessarily you can get it done at home playing with your kids. Anyone use Zumba as cardio? It's fun and it's great cardio, if you've never worked out and want to try some low impact workouts Zumba is a great option. Don't get turned off about working out just get creative. Wear a heart rate watch to count your calories and challenge yourself. Make a goal of 10k steps daily and add your friends in to stay accountable. Love what you do ❤
