Glute activation with UptonFit bands! One of Best tips I got from my trainer was to ALWAYS activate my Glutes before training. It's made such a difference not only to the shape of my Glutes but to my posture, back strength and it's also helped with injury prevention. I do banded hip thrusts, clam shells, banded walks & banded kick backs. I even take the bands in to the Key103 studio to do while we play music. ???
