this morning I boarded the train with a little parchment wrapped parcel tucked up under my arm, my hands busy with bags and tickets and brolly handles. And now, with the rain positively lashing down I've unwrapped the parcel and cut off a few thick slices of this molasses ginger loaf and popped them in my trusty @wolfgourmet toaster - toasting them up so the city cottage smells of sweet spicy cake and fresh brewed coffee - plenty of butter to fill in all the little holes and I'm curling up with a book for the remainder of the afternoon - follow the link in the profile for more
