完熟したアルザス特有のアプリコットから香味成分を加熱抽出し、風味をそのままに活かしたコンサントレ「アルザスアプリコット」のリキュールが香り、アーモンドプラリネと、浸漬・蒸留を繰り返した芳醇なアプリコットの風味がビターチョコレートのガナッシュと共に溶けた後、表面の砂糖の欠片が口の中で弾けます。
