These seafood skewers will definitely be a hit at your next #BBQ! ???? Recipe below:

Ingredients

jumbo shrimp 1 pound [, cleaned, shelled, and deveined]
squid 1 pound [, cut lengthwise into 2-inch wide strips]
white vinegar 1/4 cup [(for sweet chili sauce use)]
udon noodles 1 cup [, cooked , or cooked rice]
salt 1/4 teaspoon [(for sweet chili sauce use)]
sugar 1/2 cup [, granulated, (for sweet chili sauce use)]
kabob skewers 20 pieces [(if bamboo, soak in cold water for an hour before using)]
Chili Garlic Sauce 2 teaspoons [(for sweet chili sauce use)] Produce
Thread the shrimp and squid strips onto the skewers, keeping the strips as extended as possible so they lie flat.
Grill over a charcoal barbecue or stove grill, turning once, for about 5 minutes total. The shrimp and squid should turn opaque and firm, but still be tender. Be careful not to overcook.
Serve over noodles or jasmine rice with dipping sauce.
Add all ingredients except Chili Garlic Sauce to a small saucepan (for sweet chili sauce use).
Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring, until mixture reduces and thickens to a syrup (for sweet chili sauce use).
