When you feel like you're warming up for a cross country race haha 8°C was a bit chilly ❄ Thunder and lightening meant our races were delayed by 1.5 hours tonight so that was an experience.

Still grateful to have got 2nd here at the Portland Twilight in a top quality field, behind Olympic finalist Kate Grace! Wasn't too bad considering my terrible start and getting boxed in (was last coming up to the bell with a lap to go haha) in a seasons best time of 2.02.52

Will try learn from this and am looking forward to the next race and hopefully a bit of warmth! Well done to all on some great races especially my good friend Rosa, love sharing our journey together girl! ?♀?♀ .
