As time pass, everything changes including the materials we touch. My earliest memory is being hung in a makeshift cloth hammock in my home village in southern China. That was my crib. No wood, no plastic, no metal, just cloth. I wore a washable cloth diaper probably wrapped by my grandma. An art that might be lost now, such a shame as it is the Mecca of environmentally friendly diapers. My bum has never been pampered by Pampers nor hugged by Huggies, just good old skin on cotton.
