いよいよ来週に迫ったBWC アメリカベイル大会に備え、今日は御在所岳で高所トレーニングをして来ました。
歩いたり走ったり飛んだり跳ねたり逆立ちしたり、もちろんストレッチも、少し曇っていたので最高の景色とはいかなかったけど、汗ばんだ後の当たる冷たい風が最高！
この後は行きつけのAqua×igunis片岡温泉で一風呂浴びてきまーす。

In preparation for the BWC American Bayle competition which finally approached next week, I have been training at high places in the Mt GOZAISHO today.
Walking, running, fly, bouncing and handstands, of course stretching was also a bit cloudy, so it did not make a reverse scenery, but the cold wind that hit after sweating is the best!
After this I will take a bath with my AquaIgnis.
