Really not trying to bluff but the best Takoyaki in Singapore is probably from CheesieKitchen™. What magic is this Takoyaki flour thing?!? With this thing how is it possible to make bad Takoyaki?! I find it hard to believe that bad Takoyaki still exists. Any noob with this flour can open a Takoyaki shop. I'm not kidding.

Ingredients we use:
☆Takoyaki flour 200g (brand: Ohmy, from Meidiya)
☆egg x2
☆Chopped cabbage
☆Sakura Ebi
☆Tako
☆Pizza cheese
☆Toppings like sea salt, negi, mayo. I don't really like Takoyaki sauce so I did without.

Oh and one last secret ingredient: Tenkasu - crunchy batter bits (basically the unwanted bits floating around when you fry tempura lol). It gives a crunchy texture to the Takoyaki!
I don't even like Takoyaki but I think I'll have another Takoyaki party again very soon ?.
