I was quite hesitant about posting this picture but I realised that there is too much to tell with it. 12 weeks ago I started doing #bbg and very quickly I fell in love with it. I had no idea how far I could get and I definitely did not expect this outcome. There were some ups and downs, like with everything in life, but no matter how many times you fall all that matters is how you handle it. During week 11 and 12 I felt weak and I was losing motivation. That is when I realised that I was not fueling my body properly and eventually it caught up with me. It is so important to FUEL your body with the right foods and by no standard does it mean restricting anything from your diet. Listening to your body might just be the easiest and most effective diet there is. For me, when I eat fast foods, gluten or deep fried food I feel fine when I eat it but already 10 minutes after to the end of the day I suffer because it really doesn't agree with my body. Over these past 12 weeks I have learned that you really CAN do anything you set your mind to and the only person stopping you is YOU. I was not at 100% the whole time, probably there was a day I was at 10%, and that happens and it is okay because the next day I got up and I gave 120%. I am still learning so much about nutrition and exercise but most of all discovering what is right for me because the biggest transformation all this time was happening not to my body but to my mind.
