Raspberry and Mint Almond Milk
Ingredients
1 cup homemade almond milk
1 frozen banana
1/4 cup frozen raspberries 
a handful of fresh mint
1/4 tsp spirulina powder
1 drop mint essential oil
Method
Blend milk and banana. Pour off half this mix and set aside. Add raspberries to the blender and continue to blend. Pour into glass. Rinse jug then add the remaining banana milk, mint, spirulina and essence. Blend. Pour onto the raspberry layer. Sip.
Note: if you used an unsweetened almond milk, you may want to sweeten with vanilla stevia drops or just add another 1/2 a banana.
