[Ramen?Menya Sakura] Feeling hungry for @menya_sakura_singapore'a Tsukemen. #ramen

Tsukemen is a style of ramen where noodles and broth are separated, and the dry noodles are consumed by dipping in the hot broth.
With noodles thicker than usual Hakata style of ramen, Menya Sakura is well known since their first store in Nagoya for their signature Tsukemen ramen noodles.
They served the ramen broth piping hot, which is perfect for dipping. A flask filled with hot dashi at the side; so when the soup is cooled, you can add it to the broth. It not only warms it up again but also creates a lighter broth where you can taste the layers of flavour without it becoming overwhelming.
