In this studio workshop, Prime Timers explored a form of monotype printmaking known as collographs. Lead by MoMA teaching artist, Sally Paul, the groups created collage compositions using textured found materials, then applied ink to the surface to make a series of prints. Participants remarked on how engaging with the printmaking process further developed their understanding of works currently on view in the galleries, including Robert Rauschenberg and Ruth Asawa.
