Training diaries part 2:
This season I decided to try something new. It's called EMS training, and basically consist of a short training during which electrodes on the skin generate electric impulses which lead to muscle gain through enhanced muscle contraction.
Once a week I have a 15 min session, and whilst it is too soon to evaluate the results, the fact that I'm usually more sore after the EMS than after even a 5 hour ropesession leaves me quite optimistic :) @mammut_absolute_alpine @verivalbio @tirolwest @scarpa_de @bundesheer.online @sporthilfe.at @austriaclimbing
